Cancellations & Refund Policy

We understand that life happens, and some situations are beyond your control. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment:

​

• Any cancellation will not result in a penalty, if a staff member is notified at least 24 hours before your booked appointment.

• If your cancellation is less than 24 hours prior to your booked appointment, it will be considered a "late cancel" and a fee of $150 will be assessed, or one session will be deducted from your package.

• Three late cancellations on your account will result in a $150 fee each, and going forward, any appointments made must be paid for in advance. 

• If you do not call to cancel before your appointment, nor show, it will result in the full cost of a single session ($225).

• We have a 10-minute grace period. Arriving any later will result in a reduction of your session time. While we understand that the unexpected can happen, we don’t feel it’s fair to cut into the next patient’s session.

• The package sessions are non-refundable.
